Bear a thought.

If u have had to keep your silence just to keep a volatile situation from
exacerbating, be assured that life always gives you a chance somewhere
down the line to voice your concerns.    Though you might have had very
legitimate concerns then but, till that moment hold on. It is worth the wait.

Perhaps a criticism was meant to make you reconsider a few aspects of
something so to improve upon the present. Could be that offending you,
never featured in the opinion. Be cognizant that criticism is employed by
some to deliver very fine suggestions. I’m sure you wouldn’t want to miss
out on any. Give them your ear too. You may come across something that
was long due. Besides what harm if they make u think on something that
might have escaped your consciousness. Know what matters at the end.

I don’t hold grudges, I simply move on……….
Remembering the hurt does not help one bit.
Indeed it is just reliving the hurt.You are being
cruel to yourself. This maybe is, one of those
chapters in your life with no closure. So leave it.
It’s being pragmatic. Nursing a grudge is akin to
housing a monster gnawing at u.Torturing yourself
so to say. Do what helps in the true sense of the word.
