Bear a thought.

If u have had to keep your silence just to keep a volatile situation from
exacerbating, be assured that life always gives you a chance somewhere
down the line to voice your concerns.    Though you might have had very
legitimate concerns then but, till that moment hold on. It is worth the wait.

Indeed it is just reliving the hurt.You are being
cruel to yourself. This maybe is, one of those
chapters in your life with no closure. So leave it.
It’s being pragmatic. Nursing a grudge is akin to
housing a monster gnawing at u.Torturing yourself
so to say. Do what helps in the true sense of the word.

Positivity.

At times positivity is a conscious choice rather than a mental frame as such.
I am conscious that I will lose more to negativity than to several hurdles put
together. At times it is all that can turn things around.On occasions you will
not like the results that show up. It may even disgust you so to say. You may
even have second thoughts about continuing.But it ain’t really reason enough
to discontinue. With time u will reason that everything evens out. Don’t let a
disappointment hang so heavy that you decide to discontinue something. On
occasions positivity is the only thing that makes something feasible. It is the
strongest factor as it is the only there is that supports your reason to continue.
